The men behind the mustaches
Tin Can Bros is made up of Los Angeles based entertainers Corey Lubowich, Joey Richter, and Brian Rosenthal. The trio met at the University of Michigan, and have been writing, directing, and producing projects together ever since. Their work showcases what happens when smart thinking collides with irreverent comedy, and includes over 100 YouTube videos, web-series, festival short films, and six live stage shows.
Recent projects have included the full length stage musical Spies Are Forever, the Off-Broadway play The Solve It Squad, the musical short film Flop Stoppers (Newport Beach Film Festival, Buffer Festival), the livestreamed show Choose Our Destiny (Legendary Digital), the animated musical series Garbage Musicals (Omnia Media), the narrative podcast & webseries Wayward Guide for the Untrained Eye, and the Brooklyn Nine-Nine Experience (NBC at Comic-Con). Their fanbase is incredibly passionate, and have helped Tin Can Bros raise over $300,000 for their projects on Kickstarter. The three are also members of the viral sensation Team StarKid (over 314 million views on YouTube) and have worked closely on their parody musicals (including A Very Potter Musical and Holy Musical Batman!) and national concert tours.
